How we handle your data when you browse appgile.com, complete a RaiCheck, or contact us. The short version — no legal fluff.

1. Data controller

The personal data you provide on appgile.com is processed by Appgile SL, registered in Madrid (Spain), contact email [email protected]. Spanish tax ID available on request.

2. What data we collect

  • Contact data: name, email, company, and message — only what you type into our forms (contact, RaiCheck email gate).
  • RaiCheck answers: the multiple-choice and free-text answers you give in the quiz (state, goal, company, areas).
  • Browsing data: pages visited, referrer, UTM parameters, anonymous visitor ID — via Appgile Analytics (first-party, our own infra).
  • Ads identifiers: Google Ads click IDs (gclid) when you arrive from a paid ad. Used only for attribution.

3. Why we use it

  • To reply to you and book a session if there's a fit.
  • To prepare an honest assessment for the meeting (we look up your company publicly using AI search to come prepared).
  • To measure which marketing channels work, so we don't burn money on noise.

4. Sharing

We don't sell your data. We use a few service providers to run the operation: Resend (email delivery), Telegram (internal team notifications), Cloudflare (hosting), Railway (database), OpenAI (company lookup at meeting prep — not for retargeting). All EU-friendly or with standard contractual clauses.

5. Retention

Lead data: kept while there's a reasonable chance of working together (typically up to 24 months after last contact). Analytics events: 18 months. You can ask us to delete sooner at any time.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction, objection. Just email [email protected] and we handle it within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies + measurement cookies (Google Ads, Appgile Analytics) only. No third-party ad networks, no retargeting pixels you didn't opt into. You can block them in your browser settings.

8. Full legal version (Spanish)

Appgile SL is a Spanish entity, so the canonical legal text is in Spanish. This page is a faithful summary for English-speaking visitors — for the full version see Política de Privacidad. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
